Join Bridging the Tamar to explore the maritime heritage of St Budeaux as they discuss the Saltash Ferry, the oyster beds, and think about how the fresh produce from West Cornwall and the Tamar Valley arrived by train.
Please note, the tour will be in locations around the bridge and does not involve any direct access to the Royal Albert Bridge. Sturdy footwear advised!

Murder, Mystery, Mayhem Exhibition

An exhibition telling the stories of the some of the residents of the cemetery who met grisly ends.
Stories included the death of a sea captain at the hands of his crew, the murder of a young girl by her jealous boyfriend, the execution of a soldier by the IRA, policemen who died in the course of carrying out their duty, a whole family who perished in a horrific fire and the poisoning of a young woman through the ingestion of strychnine.
